This week has just been a pain in the ass, and I should have run more, but I settled for the bare minimum and I'm feeling terribly guilty about it. Today, I was inspired by my millionth episode of So You Think You Can Dance and got a little outfit together that would make any dancer proud... then I put the dogs out and got highly embarrassed when I noticed the neighbors and their kids waving at me. Needless to say I stuck to the treadmill. When I asked Parrish if it made me look slutty his response was "I hope so". That's my husband, he'll say just about anything.

I cranked up the intensity on the podrunner workout today to make up for all the crap I've eaten in the last two days. Tomorrow I start week 3 and my running time goes up!

The heat wasn't so bad today, but we did get rained on just as we got back. The loop went so well that Sonja & I have agreed to extend the loop to the full 3.1 miles. We're actually running on a modified 5k loop, so we'll just add the missing 1.1 miles back into it.

Sarah isn't joining Sonja and I this week due to work reasons, so I hope that she comes out next week! It was probably better today as it was 92 degrees out. Sonja & I ran the majority of the loop and it felt great but the heat was killing me! Parrish rubbed my back about an hour after I got home and I was still sweaty. Ick.
