stupid name I know but easy to remember and if you consider all the stupid shiznit that goes through my head while exercising you'll realize that naming my treadmill isn't that bad. =)
I know I mentioned getting back to running but I still wanted to try out my calf muscle (for the last week) so I did walking/incline interval training for 30 mins. I actually did run for the last 4 mins and it felt pretty good - my calf was a little stiff but no pain. With all this cardio stuff that I'm doing I'm a little worried about my muscle tone... I really don't want to be one of those "skinny flabby" people (especially my arms - my "teacher" muscle already jiggles). Parrish has some weights in the garage, but I think they are a little too hardcore for me (his lightest is 10 lbs dumbbells) so I might look to get something a little lighter and more girly. It'll be hysterical to see me walking around with ankle weights on - for whatever the reason it always reminds me of the 80s, like white high top Reebok's with Velcro or side ponytails. Otherwise I've been feeling especially in shape lately. It's a good feeling =)
