Why can't I run my 5k on Millie?

Seriously, if I ran a 5k on my treadmill it would be cake! Or so it seems... I think my new goal is to NOT RUN ON THE TREADMILL. Which means I have to get outside like I keep promising myself that I will. The last workout I did felt so much harder than this one, and I ran the same intervals that I've been working on. grrr.

My second goal - run BEFORE dinner. It helps with the lumbering cow feel I get when my tummy is weighed down with food.

Sarah is joining Sonja and I on our walk/jog tomorrow and I am super excited about it. I know Sarah was a little worried about slowing us down, but I think she'll be great. We walked most of the trail anyway last time but we are just starting out and it was a lot of fun.

It also seems that we are inspiring people to run too - Nate said he and Ryan were going to do a 5k sometime before September. I'm so proud.
