Today's workout sucked. I was all excited to get OUTSIDE and make myself run off the treadmill... unfortunately it only lasted 15 minutes =(
I don't know if I didn't warm up like I should or what, but my left calf feels like no matter how much I stretch it's still tight. I actually made it all the way down my neighborhood before this happened and then my right foot started to bother me... ick. I know I didn't pull anything because I've done that before but I didn't want to push it too much.
Sonja has offered to join my in my 5k and I think I'm going to take her up on it. Running with 2 people is always more fun than just running by myself, and hell if we end up walking the entire 5k it'll still be fun. I'll have to talk to her about it on Monday =)

I'm still in. And I'm only in class for another week and a half, so we could even run after work some days if you want to! We need a cool name for our "team" though. ;)
