Parrish & I both forced myself to get out and run today... I have to say that while I'm to the point where I enjoy exercising now, I'm still lazy at heart and would rather sit on my ass all day then go out. I found with the podrunner intervals it as easier to keep moving and running wasn't as bad without it but by the end I was dying (but only mildly this time). Who knew that treadmills made running so much easier? The last 10 mins of the run was the hardest, especially with the slight uphills and uneven terrain. I just ran/walked around my neighborhood - but I did the circuit 4 times (2.5 miles)!

I think that I'm mentally stuck on the first two weeks of the interval running - moving past that is going to be rough. That's part of the reason I'm glad to have a running buddy, the support is a tremendous help.
