I'm pretty proud of myself because today could have been the day were my determination and motivation got derailed - my usual morning routine was different as I'm taking a half day from work so Parrish & I can get our taxes done. A gold star for my day since I didn't let that happen!
I was determined to get outside and do a nice walk/jog this morning but as I watched the news I noticed the temperature kept dropping so I decided on another round of yoga. Since Parrish was here today I holed up in the bedroom so I could wobble and groan through the workout in private. I'm not sure why having him here made a difference, I mean he has seen me at my very worst, but the thought of having an audience wasn't thrilling. I even kicked out Jagger =)
Yoga still kicked my butt and I'm loving it. I know that variety is the key to battling boredom but I've decided to keep yoga in the mix permanently. I never realized how bad my balance was until yesterday so it should help!
My next big challenge is this weekend - a 3-day weekend with no structure PLUS we're having company. I must have been a dog in a past life or something, I never realized how much I depend on my routine to get through the day =)

Proud of you love!!! Maybe you should consider doing something different everyday to keep the boredom at bay.
